Birch House

Birch House is an under construction mixed-use residential and retail community located in the heart of the vibrant and growing Coolray Field area of Gwinnett County. Strategically located on GA-20/Buford Drive at the intersections with Rock Springs Road and Tech Center Parkway, Birch House will include 307 residential flats, 6,000 sf of integrated retail space, and a retail out-parcel fronting Buford Drive.

Birch House will benefit from a newly opened 100,000 square foot medical office building developed by Northside Hospital directly across Rock Springs Road from the property, with plans to add another 100,000 square foot medical office building.
